What exactly does 6ops do?
6ops keeps your team’s expenses, cash handovers, receipts and responsibilities in a shared workspace. Organize cash, bank-account records and team wallets, then follow each transaction back to its documents and history.
Does 6ops move money or connect to my bank?
No. 6ops is a business record-keeping tool. Your team records money movements that happen outside the app. It does not hold funds, initiate transfers or connect to bank accounts.
Can we work with different currencies?
Yes. 6ops supports 53 currencies. Each account has its own currency and balances stay separate. One expense can contain multiple payment lines, and exchange records use the actual amounts given and received.
What can the assistant see?
After your consent, the assistant uses workspace records that your role is allowed to access. Answers link back to accounts and transactions. It does not create or change financial records on its own; check the original source before acting.
Can I download the app and subscribe today?
6ops is currently in private testing on iOS and Android. You can subscribe on this website; your first eligible workspace includes a 7-day free trial. Contact us to arrange app access and your team’s setup.
How do I get help or delete my account?
Email support@6ops.com for help. Account deletion is available in the app’s settings and through our account deletion page. Shared financial records and their audit history may be retained as described in the privacy notice.
